This is a full-time position as an inspector, with primary tasks involving transfer inspections. Depending on your expertise, it may also include energy inspections, construction inspections, bathroom inspections, or damage investigations.

As a person, you should be social, service-minded, structured, solution-oriented, self-driven, and have a humble attitude.

You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues. Fluent communication in spoken and written Swedish is required.

A prerequisite is that you are technically skilled with an understanding of construction. Your background can be either practical or theoretical within construction/property/indoor environment. Previous experience in inspection services is preferred.
