What are my responsibilities?

The role is part of Production Support, a district-wide organization that drives and secures delivery in larger fiber and construction projects. You will work in production and lead the overall project, which has many moving parts technically, logistically (excavation and similar), and economically.

Specifically, the work involves:

• Ongoing contact with customers and subcontractors
• Handling customer orders, as well as quotes and tender work
• Resource planning and daily management of installers, technicians, designers, consultants, and other administrative staff.
• Follow-up on tasks and daily dialogue with leading installers and technicians
• Participate in construction and customer meetings
• Responsible for scheduling, cost follow-up, and risk management. (financial responsibility)
• Invoicing and project administration
• Ensure a safe working environment by complying with all laws and regulations regarding safety and the environment

We see that you already have experience in managing fiber and construction projects with full responsibility for finances, delivery, and production. The role requires that you are confident in making decisions, leading both administrative and operational production, and handling situations where structure or pace needs to be established.

To succeed, we see that you have:

• good knowledge of contract law (ABT06 AB04)
• experience working with changes, additions, and outgoing work.
• good understanding of budgets, forecasts, and financial management
• competence in Excel and Office
• the ability to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing
• education in BAS-U and BAS-P as well as completed training in Work on the Road
• Category B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have experience with projects that have a high level of documentation and work within critical infrastructure, as well as if you have previously taken over projects that needed strengthened structure or leadership. Experience working across multiple locations is also a plus.

You have a flexible approach as you will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have a structure in how you drive your own processes forward.

Additional information

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Start date will be during spring and summer, considering notice period.
