Job Responsibilities

You will be part of the Project section, where we are a team of 17 people who together carry out Vakin's investment projects in our owner municipalities.

In the role of VA designer with us, your main tasks will be VA design according to Vakin's technical standards. This means conducting VA investigations in ongoing pipeline projects, performing calculations, and detailing suitable pipeline routes. Many of our projects are carried out using trenchless methods. You will prepare documents for framework agreement calls and review documents from external parties. Throughout your work, you will function as support for our project managers.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have a university degree in engineering, construction, or similar fields. You have design skills in VA, basic knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, and good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish. A valid driver's license (B) is required. We consider it an advantage if you have knowledge of AMA construction or experience in the VA industry.

To succeed in this role, you need to be structured in your work and persistent in your tasks. You take responsibility for your work, remain calm, and focus on the right things. You collaborate well with different people and contribute to a good working environment.

Additional Information

The position is a permanent full-time position with a start date according to agreement. We may apply a probationary period.
