Job Description:

We are looking for a construction project manager who will work with planned property maintenance as well as renovation and extension projects. As a project manager, your task is to lead the design process, prepare tender documents, implement, and follow up on planned construction and maintenance projects. We offer you a varied job with many interesting and challenging projects, such as roof, bathroom, and pipe renovations as well as ROT projects.

Competence Profile:

As a construction project manager with us, you need a degree in building technology or equivalent education. We also want you to have project management experience in complex construction and maintenance projects. You have good knowledge of industry laws and standard agreements (e.g., AB 04, ABT 06, AMA).

A driver's license is required.

Personal Qualities:

The position places high demands on your personal qualities. You are quality-conscious and have a very good ability to create relationships, both internally and externally. You should be structured and have good administrative skills. Property development works a lot with an open climate where you, together with our employees, contribute to experience feedback and development for future challenges. We expect you to master the Swedish language and have an easy time expressing yourself in speech and writing.
