The position of Site Manager
As a site manager at NCC in Skellefteå, you are responsible for the entire project's execution from contract to handover. Your main tasks include project planning, staffing, and ensuring that the project is executed with the right quality, within the set time and budget. You will have site managers, skilled workers, and specialists to assist you, who, together with NCC's subcontractors, create new landmarks in our local environment. The role thus involves a responsibility where you are expected to coordinate and motivate your employees for development. In your role, you will also have support from the responsible project manager, who is also your immediate supervisor, project engineer, occupational safety engineer, purchaser, bid engineer, and HR.

Your profile as Site Manager
We are looking for someone who has worked in a leadership role within production and has a construction engineering education and/or equivalent work experience. We also see that you have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

We believe that a successful site manager creates and maintains a good relationship with their client, is a good leader, and has the ability to coordinate both their own resources and our subcontractors. Therefore, we would like you to have a solution-oriented approach, be a good problem solver, enjoy leading and inspiring your employees, and work for a good working environment. The role of site manager also requires that you are confident in the leadership role and have the ability to delegate and set demands.

About our department
Our department Civil North works with land, construction, and infrastructure projects. We are about 500 engaged employees divided into nine production manager groups within our geography of Norrbotten, Västerbotten, Västernorrland, Jämtland, and Värmland.

Additional information
The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. Placement in Skellefteå and a B driver's license is a requirement. This position will be background checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
