We are looking for a Construction Leader Measurement for the Norrbotniabanan at Trafikverket.

This is a consulting assignment. The stationing location is Skellefteå.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

As a construction leader in measurement, you will lead and coordinate the work with the client's follow-up of the construction works and the associated financial regulation for the assigned area/contract. You will support the project manager in production technical issues to ensure that what is delivered is in accordance with the agreed terms. You will be responsible for contact with contractors and designers to facilitate collaboration and production. You will participate and collaborate in meetings with the contractor together with the project management.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for controlling the contractor's measurement technical work according to the respective contract. Support the rest of the project management in the contract regarding measurement technical issues related to different phases of the contract. Participate in and be able to evaluate measurement activities both in Trafikverket's and the contractor's management. Be involved in the work of establishing and following up control plans and similar. Identify problem areas, assist in inspections, and support project management with documentation for changes, design, etc. Participate in the work of cost and time management in the follow-up of contracts. Participate in risk management work. Collaborate with other projects, units, and contractors within the program. Participate in and, in some cases, lead relevant meetings for the technical area (measurement meetings, construction meetings, production meetings, technical meetings, etc.). Continuously follow the work with the client's maintenance of the provided reference network in plan and height for buildings, as well as final measurement and calculation of the reference network. Review the contractor's construction and reference network. Perform follow-up and controls of the contractor's documentation for compensation related to the project's MSS (quantity list, etc.) and in connection with change management. Prepare measurement certificates for contractors to invoice against. Fly drones for image capture and point clouds. Other tasks required to carry out contracts in accordance with Trafikverket's operational system.

Requirements (Mandatory)

Measurement technical authorization type I issued by Trafikverket.

Experience working as a quantity controller in large infrastructure projects (> 100 million SEK). Experience must amount to at least 5 years, of which at least 3 years in a leading position. (At least 30% employment rate per year of experience) Verified via CV.

Documented experience of SBG GEO.

Documented experience of AMA Anläggning 20, General Terms (AB04) and MER Anläggning 20 or later.

Hold a B driver's license.

Communicates fluently in spoken and written Swedish.

Meritorious

Experience flying drones for image capture and point clouds. Long experience working as a quantity controller in large infrastructure projects. Holds Measurement Technical Authorization Type I from Trafikverket. Has a high communication ability.
