ABOUT THE POSITION

MiTek creates innovative solutions and platforms that make the construction industry smarter and more efficient through a perfect mix of prefabrication and direct work on the construction site. The company offers everything from software and services to technical products and automated systems.

Here, you will use your creativity and technical skills to solve exciting construction challenges. The work takes place in MiTek's unique software Pamir, a powerful tool used by most of Europe's truss manufacturers. You will work closely with both customers and colleagues, supporting, educating, and guiding in everything from design issues to problem-solving. The role is cross-functional and gives you the opportunity to influence both processes and results.

The position is located in Skellefteå, where MiTek gathers its developers and designers. You will be part of the CX team of six people and be part of a creative and engaged work team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Design roof, floor, and wall structures in wood according to applicable building codes and customer specifications, as well as develop repair solutions for truss components
Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and building inspectors to ensure technically and commercially optimal solutions in customers' projects
Provide technical customer support and conduct training in software and construction solutions for both professionals and students, individually and in groups
Work closely with the development team and MiTek's technical EMEA team by providing feedback, bug reporting, and technical expertise

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has a completed master's degree in civil engineering in construction or equivalent work experience deemed relevant for the position
Experience in construction work within the construction industry/structural construction
Has a very good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English, both technically and commercially
Holds a valid driver's license (B)
