We are looking for dedicated and driven ground workers for Nåiden and their projects in Skellefteå! We are seeking individuals with an interest in ground and construction work, who enjoy working physically and understand the importance of teamwork.

About the position
As a ground worker at Nåiden Infra, you will work on various ground and construction projects within some of Nåiden's major initiatives. You will become part of a close-knit team in a stable and family-oriented company with short decision-making paths. You will be employed for 6 months through Professionals Nord and work on-site at Nåiden Infra, with the possibility of continued employment thereafter directly with Nåiden Infra.

Job Responsibilities
As a ground worker at Nåiden in Skellefteå, you will work on one of their several projects during the upcoming season. These are all located near Skellefteå, but some driving may be required, so it is good if you are open to some commuting. Your tasks will vary, but will include the following:

• Excavating soil and rock to prepare for utilities, foundations, or roads
• Backfilling and compacting soil or other materials after utilities, pipes, or
  foundations have been placed
• Installing drainage systems to divert water from buildings or roads
• Leveling and shaping ground surfaces in preparation for asphalting, paving, or lawns
• Installing curbs, paving stones, or slabs
• Some ground maintenance such as mowing and watering
• Participating in workplace meetings, work preparations, and risk assessments
• Reporting deviations and contributing to improvement efforts

The work is primarily outdoors and during daytime, Monday–Friday or Monday–Thursday. You will receive a thorough introduction and a development plan tailored to you and your experience.

It is also highly meritorious if you have:

• Experience in the ground and construction industry
• Experience in reading and interpreting drawings and technical descriptions

• Swedish spoken and written
