About Road Rental

Road Rental was founded in 2018 and is one of the leading comprehensive suppliers of traffic equipment and workplace safety for road and construction work in trafficked environments. Our services and products keep workers and road users safe as we build the infrastructure of the future together.

We provide our customers with partial and complete solutions where we design, establish traffic plans, and ensure that all permits required by the road authority are in place to avoid downtime and unnecessary fines. In our service, we also perform setups with our own staff who have all the necessary training required to work on road construction.

What do we offer you?

In the role of project manager, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the service and assistance they need to perform their work safely. The project manager plays a very important role, and you will be the spider in the web between Road Rental's customers, clients, and road authorities (municipalities/Transport Administration).

Your main tasks:

  • Customer and site visits
  • Responsibility for projects from start to finish
  • Customer care, customer advice
  • Preparation of traffic plans, permits, order placements, etc.
  • Fieldwork may occur.

You are a doer and work to create good relationships that lead to long-term collaboration, both externally and internally. You will be part of a driven team and will be based at our depot in Skellefteå. The depot is part of Region North, along with depots in Sundsvall, Östersund, and Umeå.

Requirements

  • APV training/certifications
  • Ability to read and understand traffic plans
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Category B driving license
  • Category C driving license (meritorious)
  • Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in road, construction, and/or have experience from the contracting and rental industry.
