Your role:
We are now looking for a unit manager for Refining at Rönnskär – a leadership role where you make a difference every day! You step into an organization in change where your task will be to create structure, lead change work, and build a safe and efficient team. You will help shape working methods, routines, and culture – work that lays the foundation for future production. In this role, you combine operational leadership with a strategic responsibility to develop the team and ensure both a good safety culture and an efficient and stable production. You currently lead about 20 day and shift process operators, a team that will grow in line with production. Here you will have the opportunity to inspire, create engagement, and together with your team contribute to a work environment where people thrive and develop.
Your tasks
- Follow up and ensure that we meet safety requirements, production, and quality goals.
- Lead, distribute, and follow up on the daily work within the team.
- Initiate and lead improvement work for increased efficiency and development.
- Responsible for resource planning, staffing, and scheduling.
- Drive long-term strategic activities to develop the business.
- Have overall responsibility for personnel issues and budget within the unit.

For this role, we are looking for someone who always puts safety first and creates a safe, stable foundation for both people and processes. With a structured approach, you drive work forward with clarity and focus, and you turn ideas and plans into concrete action. You have a natural ability to engage and inspire your team through a present and inclusive leadership style. You are driven by creating efficient working methods that contribute to a work environment where both development and safety go hand in hand.
We see that you who apply have:
- High school diploma, preferably supplemented with post-secondary studies from a university or college.
- Previous experience from the process industry.
- Leadership experience.
- Communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Driving license B
It is an advantage if you have experience in change management and knowledge of Lean production.
