Location: Luleå, Boden, Piteå or Skellefteå (travel within Norrland may occur)

About the position

We are looking for an experienced and meticulous estimator for a growing contracting company in the civil engineering sector in northern Sweden.

The position offers you the opportunity to work on larger contracts and complex projects, where your expertise will be crucial for the company's success and development.

As an estimator, you will be responsible for project calculations, follow-up, and decision-making materials, as well as contributing your expertise in negotiations and planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare calculations and cost estimates for contracting projects
• Be responsible for budget and financial follow-up of projects
• Collaborate closely with project managers and site managers
• Contribute strategic materials during negotiations with clients and subcontractors
• Participate in project planning and resource allocation

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as an estimator in contracting, construction, or similar
• Is accustomed to working on larger projects and contracts
• Has a good understanding of project costs, materials, machinery, and labor resources
• Is analytical, meticulous, and enjoys responsibility
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with fiber projects or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of work environment and BAS-U/BAS-P
• Experience from contracts with a turnover of 50–100 MSEK+
