We are looking for a Customer Success – Make a difference for our customers!

About the role

As a Customer Success, you will be a key player in our team. You will ensure that every customer receives fantastic service by handling inquiries, solving problems, and improving our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and respond to inquiries about contracts and manage contract handling.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain contact with suppliers and partners.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Follow up and ensure customer satisfaction after completed processes.
  • Proactively improve internal processes and customer experiences.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering world-class service. You are a communicative and solution-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

We believe you:

  • Are reliable, engaged, and curious.
  • Have experience in customer service and preferably in handling contracts or complaints.
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Are structured, self-driven, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Have technical understanding and feel comfortable with business and CRM systems.
  • It is a merit if you have experience in finance, e.g., invoicing issues.
