We are looking for a self-motivated and structured purchaser with experience in the restaurant industry. You will optimize purchasing processes and ensure high quality in our assortment and correct purchasing prices.

About the role: As a purchaser, you will be responsible for identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts to some extent, and monitoring deliveries. You must have a good understanding of our customers' needs and industry trends to create cost-effective solutions. You will collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize the assortment and create campaign materials.

A typical workday may include:

1. Evaluation and negotiation with suppliers.
2. Ordering and following up on product deliveries.
3. Analysis of market trends and product offerings.
4. Collaboration with the marketing and sales team to optimize the assortment.
5. Procurement of goods.

Your qualifications:

1. Several years of experience in purchasing, preferably in fruits/vegetables, grocery, dairy, meat, charcuterie, poultry, and fish.
2. Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
3. Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and food handling.
4. Strong planning and organizational skills.
5. 
   

Meritorious: Experience with the business system Pyramid, other languages (such as Dutch, Spanish, Italian, German, Polish), and a driver's license.
