Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Coordination Agent, you will play a central role within their Customer Coordination department. You will work on:

Supporting and training customers through quick and solution-oriented support and an efficient onboarding process.
Providing fast and accessible support and training through various channels.
Creating and maintaining digital resources such as help centers and in-app guides.
Planning and conducting webinars for customer training.
Collaborating within the team to develop and streamline workflows.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in customer support, onboarding, or similar roles.
Is a pronounced team player with strong problem-solving skills.
Is accustomed to working with digital tools and platforms.
Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Has a process-driven and proactive work approach.
