Your mission
As a Business Developer at Picadeli, your main task will be to create and develop strong partnerships with our retail customers in your district. You will ensure that Picadeli's products and concepts are implemented optimally in the stores, focusing on placement, food safety, and efficient operations. Your responsibilities also include training and supporting store staff regarding work routines and Picadeli's technical solutions.
Your role includes following up on budgets and driving marketing efforts to increase sales in-store. You will also present product news and help customers optimize their sales through Picadeli's various concepts. By planning and setting clear sales strategies together with the stores, you help them increase their sales and reach more customers.
An important part of the role is to approach new customers, where you lead the entire process from sales introduction to having Picadeli's products installed and functioning well in the store. You provide new customers with all the support they need to get started and succeed with Picadeli. To assist you, you have our sales support system to plan and document your efforts.
You will be part of the Nord team where you will work alongside experienced colleagues and a supportive regional manager who provides you with the best possible conditions.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is driven, engaged, and self-sufficient, with a strong interest in both food and retail. You have a sharp business sense, are skilled at building relationships, and have a good ability to train and engage store staff.
We prefer that you have education in retail sales and experience from similar roles in the grocery trade.
You have experience working towards budget goals and are accustomed to using digital sales tools.
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement, and English is an advantage as it is our corporate language.
A valid driver's license (B) is required.
