As an operational administrator at Europeiska Motor's newly established facility in Spånga, you will play a key role in delivering first-class service and creating a smooth experience for our customers.

About the positionAs an operational administrator, you will have a varied job in a broad role, where you will be involved in building up the daily operations at our newly opened facility, which is also an authorized Toyota workshop. You will, among other things, manage customer reception and the tire warehouse, handle tire changes, and ensure that customers' vehicles are in safe hands. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on the customer and create a professional and welcoming environment.Responsibilities

• Operational work with inventory and tire management.
• Participate in the development of routines and processes together with the site manager.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through high quality and service.

Personal qualitiesWe are looking for someone with experience in similar roles within the tire or automotive industry. You are responsible and structured, passionate about customer service and the tire industry. You have an eye for detail and the ability to plan and organize work efficiently.

• Requirement for a B driver's license.
• Experience in tire service.
• Forklift license is an advantage.

About the employmentThe position is full-time, starting as soon as possible. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 6 PM.
