About Us
The Digitalization Unit has a strategic overarching responsibility for coordination, environmental monitoring, analysis, planning, and development in the area of digitalization. The Digitalization Unit consists of two departments, the e-Services department and the Digital Strategies department, with a total of 20 employees.
About the Job
As an eHealth Strategist in the Digital Strategies department, you will work with the region's overall digital development in healthcare. You will be part of the Enterprise Architecture group and will be responsible for issues related to health, care, and social services. The assignment includes planning, coordinating, and driving the development, implementation, and utilization of digital services both regionally and nationally. You will monitor the environment, analyze the needs of patients, employees, and decision-makers, and translate this into strategies, action plans, and implementation. The work involves extensive collaboration and requires a good understanding of healthcare practices, information, and technology. You will be proactive based on political priorities and the organization's goals, initiating and developing various issues that contribute to increased goal fulfillment.
The eHealth Strategist's tasks include:
- Developing current state and goal descriptions through models and visualizations
- Participating in Region Blekinge's Architecture Council
- Ensuring that information flows and processes are interconnected
- Supporting the development, implementation, and use of digital services
- Translating needs into sustainable solutions
- Collaborating regionally and nationally in eHealth
- Following and implementing national guidelines and services
- Managing referrals, inquiries, and decision-making materials
- Presenting cases for management and political forums
About You
We are looking for someone who is self-driven, engaged, community-oriented, and thrives in change. You need to be proactive, communicative, and enjoy collaborating with others. You have the ability to lead complex projects and are comfortable speaking in front of groups and presenting cases. You express yourself well both verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English.
Requirements for the Role:
- Higher education in healthcare and/or eHealth, or other education combined with experience that we consider equivalent.
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and driving development, implementation, and utilization of digital services.
- Experience working in a politically governed organization.
- Experience in driving complex projects.
Meritorious:
- Education in information technology, process development, or business modeling, as well as experience in eHealth, digitalization, and national collaboration.
