Every year, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency makes 21 million decisions that affect people's lives and society as a whole. We disburse approximately 260 billion SEK each year. These are the tax funds we manage, and it is a significant responsibility. Therefore, we think innovatively and use the latest technology to simplify and improve, develop, and deliver IT services for the Swedish social insurance system. Requirements Analysis, Requirements Management, and Development
We work exclusively in agile teams with a strong focus on personal responsibility and the desire to continuously improve our operations and the service to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's customers. A good user experience is an essential part of the work. You will be involved in the entire chain of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
As a requirements analyst with us, you will be the link between the business and system developers. The work involves supporting the backlog work by conducting requirements investigations and detailing the requirements so that the team can carry out their development. You create conditions for planning and monitoring system development. Together with both the product owner, scrum master, and the team, you ensure that the backlog is updated and prepared for sprint planning. By maintaining product documentation of the system's behavior and characteristics, you create maintainability.
The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who
- has a university degree or experiences and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
- has work experience in requirements development or similar tasks
- has a good understanding of requirements analysis within large-scale system development
- acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
- collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
- has a systematic and meticulous working method
- can understand and analyze complex issues
- has good communication skills, both spoken and written
- has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is a merit if you have
- experience with the tools Confluence and Jira
- work experience in system development or code development
- documented experience with agile methods.

A position, permanent, full-time, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable.
