Empir Industry AB specializes in creating and delivering IT solutions that make the industry more competitive. The position is a fixed-term employment that extends until December 31, 2026. You will be placed at one of our clients to work on an assignment.

The work involves operation, support, change management, and incident coordination in our client's industrial and critical IT environment, where you will be part of a larger team of support technicians. The assignment includes on-call duty and shift work in a rolling schedule.

Qualifications and experience

• Have knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications in a corporate environment

• Experience in handling customer contacts at various levels within organizations

• You are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, and have a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you are/have

• Experience in IT operations, incident coordination, and support

• Experience in IT within the manufacturing industry

• Experience in building and designing computer images, working with client management systems such as Microsoft SCCM/MEM, Intune, or SOTI

• Experience in writing documentation and instructions

• Experience in working with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow

• Experience within the Windows Server platform (2012 or newer)

• Experience working within the ITIL framework

• Great plus if you have certification in any of the above areas

A typical day at work includes

• Incident management when the components (infrastructure/application) we are responsible for are affected

• Improvement work, both internally and towards customers – for processes/documentation/monitoring in the technical environments.

• Problem management to prevent or find the root cause of serious or recurring issues

• Change management in the systems and services we are responsible for
