Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support / IT Support Technician who wants to provide colleagues with professional and solution-oriented assistance in their daily work. The role requires physical presence on-site three days a week.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues needing technical support. You will perform remote support and troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and questions, as well as suggest and implement appropriate solutions based on the problems that arise. The work also includes managing orders for IT equipment and guiding colleagues through the entire problem-solving process. If necessary, you will escalate cases to the next support level and be responsible for registering and following up on incidents and solutions. You will also contribute feedback and improvement suggestions for internal procedures and support other IT areas as needed, as well as participate in improvement work.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Communicative, attentive, and service-oriented in contact with users
• Structured, solution-oriented, and confident in pressured situations
• Experience working in and administering Microsoft 365 environments
• Good ability to identify and resolve simpler technical issues
• Previous experience in IT support or a similar role

Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is considered an advantage.
