Do you want to be the first point of contact for colleagues in need of technical assistance and help create smooth workdays? We are looking for someone who is driven by helping others with service-oriented, solution-focused support on-site at least three days a week in Karlskrona until the end of 2025.

Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for colleagues needing technical support Perform remote support and troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and questions Suggest and implement appropriate solutions based on problems Manage orders for IT equipment and guide colleagues through problem-solving Register and follow up on incidents and solutions, escalating when necessary Contribute feedback and improvement suggestions for internal routines Support other IT areas as needed and participate in improvement work.

Mandatory qualifications

• Previous experience in IT support or a similar function
• Familiarity with working in and administering Microsoft 365 environments
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
