About the Company

JP IT-Konsult i Stockholm AB is a growing consulting firm collaborating with clients across various industries, including finance, insurance, and e-commerce. We deliver mission-critical and innovative IT solutions in complex environments. We are now looking for a technical project manager with documented expertise in Selfpoint for the development of user-friendly e-services.

Responsibilities

• Develop new e-services in collaboration with various departments based on their needs and requirements
• Plan and lead the work around design, testing, and launch of e-services
• Process improve existing services and update them according to changing needs
• Create and maintain management documentation
• Train administrators on how to best use and manage the new e-services
• Work structured according to established project methods and ensure timely delivery

Must-Have Requirements

1. At least 2 years of documented experience in developing and implementing e-services in Selfpoint
2. Documented experience in working methodically in project form and delivering within set timeframes
3. Experience from municipal operations or other public administration
4. Experience in a similar role – substantiate this by attaching a description of a reference job (no older than 3 years). The description should include:

• A brief description of the assignment
• Client
• Contact person (name, phone number, and email address)
• Certification that the contact person is consulted and can confirm the information

About You

We are looking for a consultant with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. You work in a structured manner, are self-driven, and have the ability to integrate different parts of the development process – from needs analysis to launch and management. You are also comfortable adapting your working methods according to the needs and conditions of the organization.
