We are looking for an Application & Product Specialist (Construction Equipment)

Do you want to work closely with customers, machines, and business – and be the one who demonstrates how technology creates real value in production?

We are now seeking an Application & Product Specialist who will be a key person in our sales team. The role is suitable for you who understands how the machine works in practice and how it is used in real production, and who enjoys demonstrating, explaining, and building trust with customers.

Purpose of the role, In this role, you will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations at our customers' sites. The purpose is to showcase our machines' unique features and benefits in real working conditions. You will combine deep product knowledge with application expertise and strengthen the sales organization with technical expertise. You will be trained on our machines at our factories in Sweden and Germany.

Main responsibilities

• Plan and conduct product demonstrations at customer sites
• Coordinate demos together with service and sales departments, transport companies, and customers
• Ensure that demo machines are in good condition between activities
• Document demo activities and collect customer feedback
• Support salespeople with technical expertise in customer dialogues
• Participate in fairs and events
• Upon delivery: review the machine's functions, service points, and daily maintenance with the customer

In the long term, there is an opportunity to:

• Contribute to machine sales
• Conduct training for customers and internally within the organization

Qualifications

• Driver's license B
• Swedish and English in speech and writing (German is a plus)
• Experience in similar work and/or practical experience in asphalt laying
• Good understanding of the craft and how machines are used in practice
• Strong technical interest and good computer skills
• Willingness to travel – approximately 50–70% depending on the season

Meritorious

• Experience in training or instructing in machine usage
• Knowledge of service and maintenance of construction equipment

• Independent but enjoys working in a team
• Solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and practical
• Social and confident in customer contact

Location & organization

• Location: Preferably Stockholm, but flexible
• You will work from home
• The role belongs to the sales team
