In the role of Support Technician, you will be involved in all steps regarding the implementation, development, and management of the customer's systems and services. We are looking for someone who is responsible, solution-focused, and goal-oriented, while also being service-minded and always keeping the customer in focus. As a person, you are a quick learner, have an easy time understanding new tools and systems, and thrive and perform in a fast-paced environment. You will work on receiving, registering, categorizing, and prioritizing cases via phone, portal, and email, from both customers, internal and external users.

Responsibilities:

• You will resolve incoming cases with customer service and safety as the highest priority
• Manage orders for, e.g., permissions and accounts
• Coordinate and communicate solutions developed in collaboration with the customer's system and technical managers both internally and from suppliers
• Continuously contribute to improving daily and long-term work and take responsibility for your own development
• Contribute your expertise to the team
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical support
• Drive to work with continuous improvements
• A sense of helping others
• A burning interest in technology
• Ability to communicate technical concepts simply to various stakeholders
• Relevant education and/or certifications are an advantage
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
