We are now looking for an experienced and engaged Team Leader for a consultancy assignment within production-critical IT support in a technically advanced and business-close environment. The role involves overall responsibility for leading and coordinating a support team that works closely with production and engineering to ensure stable operations and high availability in business- and production-critical IT systems. This assignment is suitable for you who thrive in a dynamic environment where structure, collaboration, and rapid problem-solving are crucial for the business.

As Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily coordination of the support team's work and serve as a central contact point between the business, production, and IT. You ensure that support cases and incidents are handled effectively to minimize the impact on production and contribute to stable operations. The role also involves close collaboration with engineering and other stakeholders to develop and improve processes, working methods, and support functions. You actively work with monitoring of KPIs, support statistics, and improvement initiatives, as well as translating business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions.

• Experience in IT support, IT operations, or similar technical environment

• Understanding of production processes, preferably within manufacturing industry

• Experience in leadership, coordination, or stakeholder management

• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with both business and IT

• Experience in production-critical environments

• Structured and analytical approach to work

• Ability to work proactively and handle incidents in a calm and effective manner

• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Location: Oskarshamn

• Workplace: 100% onsite

• Scope: Full-time, 100%

• Start: Immediately

• Working hours: 07:00–16:00
