We are looking for a Technical Support Manager with team leadership responsibilities for an exciting consulting assignment in Oskarshamn. 🚀 In this role, you will combine leadership with operational work close to production, ensuring stable operation of business-critical IT systems.

You will lead a support team, serve as a key contact for the business, and work closely with production, technology, and IT to drive improvements and create efficient working methods. 💡

The assignment is full-time and performed on-site in Oskarshamn.

Responsibilities

• You lead, coordinate, and support the daily work in the support team.
• You act as the primary contact person for production and other stakeholders.
• You ensure stable operation of production-critical IT systems.
• You translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• You plan and organize IT and business capacity based on needs.
• You monitor costs and contribute to financial follow-up.
• You analyze support data, KPIs, and statistics to drive improvements.
• You act as the contact person for incidents affecting production.
• You participate in and drive local improvement initiatives and IT projects.
• You collaborate closely with production, technology, and IT management.

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar technical environment.
• You have an understanding of production processes, preferably from the manufacturing industry.
• You have excellent coordination and communication skills.
• You have the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• You have education or a background in IT, Business Analytics, or similar.
• You have experience in leadership, team coordination, or stakeholder management.
• You have experience working in production-critical environments.
• You work in a structured and analytical manner and are familiar with KPIs and data.
• You are a proficient user of IT tools and systems.
• You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
