In the role of Support Technician, you will be involved in all stages regarding the implementation, development, and management of the customer's systems and services. We are looking for you who are responsible, solution-focused, and goal-oriented, while also being service-oriented and always keeping the customer in focus. As a person, you are a quick learner, easily adapt to new tools and systems, and thrive and perform in an environment with periods of high pace. You will work with receiving, registering, categorizing, and prioritizing cases via phone, portal, and email, from both customers, internal, and external users.

Responsibilities:

• Solve incoming cases with customer service and security as the highest priority.
• Manage orders for permissions and accounts, etc.
• Coordinate and communicate solutions developed in collaboration with the customer's system and technical managers, both internally and from suppliers.
• Continuously contribute to improving daily and long-term work and take responsibility for your own development.
• Contribute your competence to the team.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical support.
• Motivation to work with continuous improvements.
• A sense of helping others.
• A burning interest in technology.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in a simple way to different stakeholders.
• Relevant education and/or certifications are meritorious.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
