About the Role

In this role, you are responsible for system administration and work closely with the business, maintaining ongoing contact with users. You handle troubleshooting and conduct proactive improvement work where measures are planned and implemented in both the short and long term.

Your main responsibilities include:

• System administration, user support, and troubleshooting
• Test installations and commissioning of systems and applications
• Licensing management in both on-premises and cloud environments
• Packaging and handling firewall changes
• DNS redirections, setting up, and updating certificates
• Ensuring that administration documentation is up-to-date and relevant
• Participation in projects and assignments, both large and small

Requirements

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a technical foundation, experience working in modern IT environments, and a strong interest in complex technical systems and contexts. You are communicative, a team player who thrives in a group setting, and have a flexible attitude. You can step into projects with curiosity and drive when needed.

We would like you to have:

• Experience working with Active Directory
• Basic understanding of firewalls and networks
• Experience with clients and operating systems
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Qualifications that are an advantage:

• IT technical education
• Experience with design applications, e.g., AutoCAD
• Databases: Oracle/SQL Server
• Citrix/VDI environment
• Experience in system development/programming
• Knowledge/experience of working with processes to achieve high quality, e.g., ITIL and testing
• Understanding of software distribution with Microsoft SCCM
• Licensing, installation, configuration, and customization of software
• Development of Access databases
• Windows client and server environment
