We work with children and adolescents up to 18 years old primarily in pediatric medicine, surgery, and orthopedics, but also in areas such as ENT, ophthalmology, and child psychiatry. The children's department belongs to the field of pediatric medicine, and we also collaborate with Day Care, Children's Outpatient Clinic, and the Neonatal Unit. We have our own play therapy with a qualified preschool teacher.

Here, you work alongside colleagues from many different professions, with both depth and breadth in their expertise. Together we inspire and uplift each other! We work in teams, consisting of nurses and nursing assistants.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The children's department has 8 beds. Almost all of our operations consist of emergency admissions, but planned admissions and investigations also occur. The work is very varied as several different clinics are gathered in the same department.

We rotate between day, evening, and night shifts. The introduction is tailored to previous experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a Pediatric Nurse or Nurse, and you should have previous experience working with children. As a person, you are proactive, flexible, and meticulous. You have good teamwork skills and can work independently when required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The introduction is adapted to previous experience, and you will shadow an experienced nurse. If you are interested in observing for a day or have questions/concerns, please feel free to contact the unit manager.
