About Apoteket Kronan

Apoteket Kronan is located in the small community of Backe, about 55 kilometers from Strömsund. Here, you have both proximity to nature and to the people in the area, and many of the customers are regulars from the locality and surrounding area, creating a warm and personal atmosphere in everyday life.

This is a one-man pharmacy, which means you have a broad and varied responsibility. From prescription dispensing and counseling to self-care, inventory management, and daily operations. You are the one who ensures that everything runs smoothly, plans the work, ensures availability, and nurtures the relationship with customers. The role suits you who enjoy working independently, have structure in your work, and appreciate the freedom and variety of taking responsibility for the entire pharmacy's operations.

The pharmacy is small but well-visited, and you will work with all aspects of pharmacy work, perfect for you who want to utilize your entire pharmaceutical competence while being close to both customers and nature.

The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00-17:00, weekends closed.

If you choose to move to Strömsund municipality to contribute to the pharmacy's vision and be part of this pharmacy, we want to help you get the best possible start in your upcoming career with us with our package - Career at Apoteket. In addition to a relocation grant to Strömsund of 40,000 SEK, you will receive a bonus of a total of 150,000 SEK (50,000 SEK / year for 3 years) as well as an additional supplement of 5,000 SEK/month for a 3-year period. The total compensation (Career at Apoteket) is 370,000 SEK for employment over 3 years.

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. You are responsible for the entire pharmacy's operations, from prescription dispensing, counseling, and self-care to inventory management, orders, and sales. Here you really get to use your entire pharmaceutical competence and be involved in all parts of the business.

What you will do with us:

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding of people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel secure with us.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a clear interest in people, health, and medications. Since you will be working in a one-man pharmacy, you need to enjoy taking overall responsibility and be able to manage all parts of the pharmacy's operations in a structured and professional manner.

You work independently and solution-oriented, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and ensure that everything runs smoothly, from customer meetings and prescription dispensing to inventory and sales.

• You have a warm and professional demeanor and appreciate the personal customer contact that comes with a smaller pharmacy.
• You are self-sufficient and confident in making decisions in everyday situations, both in customer meetings and in operational matters.
• You have good structure and order in your work, and ensure that the pharmacy maintains high quality and availability.
• You are flexible and see the whole picture – from planning orders to sales and service.
