RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pre- and post-operative care and nursing
• Pain relief and medication management
• Wound care
• Nursing assessments and follow-ups
• Daily documentation and record-keeping
• Risk assessments and care prevention
• Operationally lead improvement work and quality development related to patient safety and work environment in close collaboration with the unit manager
• Lead the daily work and provide support and clinical supervision within the interdisciplinary team based on a person-centered approach
• Actively work with and follow up on operational improvement work and routines, incident management
