The Health and Social Administration is now looking for two committed nurses

The Health and Social Administration is now looking for two committed nurses who want to help create safe and quality care for our patients in special housing. The positions are located at Tåsjögården in Kyrktåsjö and Åshamra in Hammerdal.

Tåsjögården in Kyrktåsjö is a special housing facility with 18 places, some of which are short-term placements. Currently, three nurses/district nurses work in the Hoting/Kyrktåsjö area. Work is scheduled every sixth weekend and also includes responsibility for Brismarkgården's special housing in Hoting, Älvgården's special housing in Backe, and care recipients in regular housing in Hoting/Kyrktåsjö and Backe/Rossön.

Åshamra in Hammerdal is a special housing facility with 49 places, four of which are short-term placements. Here, three nurses work together with a healthcare assistant. Work is scheduled every sixth weekend and also includes responsibility for care recipients in regular housing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse, your responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for healthcare interventions according to HSL
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and following up on nursing interventions
  • Performing medical assessments, sampling, and treatment
  • Medication management, including preparation, administration, and follow-up
  • Collaborating with doctors, rehabilitation staff, care staff, and other providers
  • Providing guidance and support to nursing staff
  • Documenting in patient records according to applicable legislation
  • Participating in quality and development work

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a licensed nurse
  • Preferably has previous experience in elderly care
  • Has good computer skills and experience with documentation in record systems
