District Nurse at Kälarne Health Center

Primary care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organizationally part of the Division of Close Care, together with Ambulance, Dental Care, Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Primary care is organized into 4 local care areas, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under good and close care. Each local care area is an economic unit led by a manager. Primary care is also responsible for the region's medical advice, youth clinic, and the local care department Näva, all of which are grant-funded.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as a district nurse at Kälarne Health Center involves both traditional tasks such as outpatient work, telephone advice, and working in a team with doctors and other staff. There may also be a specialist area, such as diabetes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed nurse with further education as a district nurse.

You have a genuine interest in people and focus on the patient. We expect you to contribute your expertise and a good attitude together with your colleagues to provide the best possible care for patients. You thrive in your professional role, are engaged, and contribute to a good working climate as you have initiative and a sense of responsibility. Experience in similar tasks is an advantage.
