Job Responsibilities

Working as a substitute with us means working in home care, special housing, or support for individuals with disabilities in a service that operates around the clock, every day of the week, all year round.

In home care, you provide support to clients in their own homes and assist with tasks they can no longer manage independently. This may involve personal care, such as dressing, hygiene, or eating, as well as social support during walks or assistance in participating in activities based on the client's interests.

Work in special housing involves providing care and support to individuals with extensive needs who can no longer live in their own homes. Here, you work closely with the residents to create security and a good quality of life in their daily lives.

In support for individuals with disabilities, your task is to contribute to security, participation, and quality of life for people with disabilities. You play an important role in creating structure, support, and a meaningful everyday life based on each individual's needs and circumstances. Sleeping on-call duty may be included.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Very good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• A driver's license is an asset but not always a requirement. Please indicate in your application whether you have a driver's license.
• Previous experience in support for individuals with disabilities, care, and support, or social psychiatry.
