As a dentist, you will work clinically with your own patients and have the opportunity to influence how your work is planned and structured.

In the role of clinic manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and developing the business according to applicable goals and guidelines. You will be responsible for finances, personnel, recruitment, and work environment, as well as ensuring that the clinic complies with relevant laws and regulations in healthcare and dentistry.

We are looking for someone who:

We particularly value that you are:

• Structured – creates clear frameworks, plans, and maintains structure even under stress

• Solution-oriented – focuses on the next step, stays calm, and takes responsibility

• Ambitious – sets goals, drives development, and thinks long-term

• Dental education with Swedish professional license

• At least 2 years of clinical work experience

• Fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing due to patient communication and administration/record keeping

• Experience in leading others, for example as a clinic manager or dental responsible

Praktikertjänst started over 65 years ago and is one of Sweden's largest healthcare providers with 750 clinics from Vittangi in the north to Ystad in the south. The clinics are run by practitioners who together own the entire Praktikertjänst.

At Östersunds Tandklinik, a close-knit team consisting of a dentist (the position refers to compensation), a dental hygienist, three experienced dental assistants, and a receptionist works together. The group is secure and well-functioning, with high competence and a delegated working method.

The clinic has four modern treatment rooms, sterilization, reception, waiting room, as well as staff and changing rooms. We work with the Frenda journal system, digital X-ray, and digital scanning (OPG room prepared).

We have about 2,350 active patients, mainly adults (about 200 children), and a stable patient flow. The work environment is described as pleasant and familial with strong team spirit, participation, and engagement.
