Our services include special housing, short-term care, home healthcare, and collaboration with Region Jämtland Härjedalen.

We staff around the clock with on-call duty at night. The position may involve work in both special housing, short-term care, and home healthcare.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse in Härjedalen Municipality, you will have nursing responsibility for individual care recipients, with responsibility for planning, execution, and evaluation together with care recipients, team members, other supporting actors, and relatives.

Working hours are day shifts or evening and night shifts with on-call duty between 24:00-07:00 and weekend shifts.

During the evening and night, there is one nurse in home healthcare and one nurse in special housing and short-term care, but they are part of a team with nursing staff and have the opportunity to contact other evening/night nurses in the municipality. We also take assignments from 1177 as needed.

Some tasks are performed in collaboration with, or according to agreements for, primary care.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Licensed nurse with experience in home healthcare, special housing, and short-term care.
• Driver's license (B).

Meritorious:

• Good knowledge and experience in elderly care, dementia care, palliative care, specialized home care, district nurse education, and/or further education in elderly care, LSS, dementia, and palliative care.
• Good computer skills in the Office suite and preferably experience with the operational systems Cambo VIVA, Cosmic, and Link.

• You are confident in your role and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• You are flexible, and your ability to take personal responsibility is as important as your social competence.
• You are meticulous and solution-focused, and since quality and development work is a natural part of our operations, this needs to be a natural aspect of your working method.
