About the role

Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those who live with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging.

As a nursing assistant/caregiver, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist who work closely together.

About Myran

Located in the middle of Östersund's shopping street, Prästgatan, near shops, transportation, and other services, Myran is a small residence with 22 places distributed over three floors. Each department has a shared kitchen and pleasant spaces for socializing and meals.

Vardaga's goal is to offer the best possible care for those who live with us. Through our holistic concept for elderly care, The Good Day, we provide our residents with individually tailored care based on consideration, integrity, and choice. We start from each person's needs, focus on the healthy aspects, and strengthen the resident's identity and independence. The small details are important for every day to be a really good day.

At Myran, nursing assistants, caregivers, nurses, and managers work together, and we collaborate with Z-gränd health center. We have regular meetings with occupational therapists and physiotherapists every week.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant/caregiver or have equivalent experience in elderly care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
