Licensed Psychologist at Hälsocentralen Ripan

Hälsocentralen Ripan is now looking for a licensed psychologist who wants to become part of our dedicated team. Here, you will find close collaboration between professional groups, short decision-making paths, and a workplace where everyone makes a difference.

In this role, you will work independently with screening, assessment, investigation, and treatment of mild to moderate mental health issues within primary care. You are responsible for psychological assessments and triage, as well as creating individual care plans based on the patient's needs. The role also includes referral and collaboration with specialist psychiatry and other healthcare providers when necessary.

You offer both shorter treatment interventions and longer psychological therapy, individually and, if needed, in groups. The work is characterized by close collaboration with doctors, nurses, and other professions to create safe, accessible, and cohesive care for our patients.

We value that you take personal responsibility, are confident in independent decision-making, and have the ability to structure and prioritize your work. At the same time, we see collaboration and collegial support as a natural part of everyday life.

The position also involves collaboration with Hälsocentralen Renen and Läkarmottagningen Älgen, making the work varied and developmental. Travel for work purposes may occur. There is also the possibility to work to some extent with digital reception and digital patient meetings.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed psychologist
• Have a professional and warm approach to patients
• Enjoy close collaborations and personal meetings
• Are confident, engaged, and independent
• Take personal responsibility and enjoy developing work methods and operations
• Preferably have experience in primary care, screening and assessment work, and iCBT (internet-delivered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
