We are looking for a resident doctor with an interest in psychiatry and psychiatric care. As a temporary resident doctor, you will have the opportunity to experience working within specialist psychiatry and contribute to the organization while being offered good collegial collaboration where supervision in clinical everyday life is prioritized.

You will be welcomed by a medical unit with competent specialists and a well-developed collaboration. Every week we hold medical meetings where clinical issues are raised and discussed.

Within the psychiatric clinic in Östersund, all specialist care is housed under one roof, which allows for close collaborations within and between professions and internal mobility with opportunities for personal development for you as an employee.

RESPONSIBILITIES

It is important for us that you, as an applicant, have a pronounced interest in clinical patient work as well as an interest in development work. You have a commitment to patient safety work and are open to working with and developing digital elements in your everyday work.

QUALIFICATIONS

Medical education corresponding to at least semester 9. Experience working as a temporary resident doctor in psychiatry is an advantage. We also appreciate experience from other fields such as medicine and general medicine. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, especially the ability to collaborate, communicate, and a willingness to develop.
