Do you want to be part of Region Jämtland Härjedalen?
A region to long for and grow in? With us, you contribute to development and growth throughout the county and work to provide the best possible service, care, and support for everyone living in or visiting the region.
We offer a work environment characterized by cooperation, participation, and commitment, where both breadth and specialized competence are valued. Here you have the opportunity to develop in your role, whether you are new to the profession or have long experience.
The primary care is organized into 4 local care areas, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under good and close care. Each local care area is an economic unit led by a manager. Primary care is also responsible for the region's medical advice, youth clinics, and the local care department Näva, all of which are grant-funded. Within the primary care area, there is a good research climate and it has the status of a university hospital unit. Our R&D unit can provide support and scientific guidance together with Umeå University.
At Zätagränds Health Center, we are a dedicated team with high job satisfaction, where we care for each other and work solution-focused towards common goals. We have about 12,450 registered patients and are a popular health center located in central Östersund. With us, you will work alongside general practitioners, ST doctors, AT doctors, dietitians, diabetes and district nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, MVC, BVC, and rehabilitation coordinators. We are responsible for two special accommodations and have a large family center. We need to expand our staffing with competent specialists in general medicine due to our reduced area responsibility and our growing group of doctors with several training doctors. For us, a good working and educational environment is of utmost importance. If you are interested in working with us, we try to take your wishes and interests into account. Do you enjoy supervision or home healthcare? We will find solutions together!
You will work with competent colleagues with long experience from many professions. We focus a lot on the work environment and close care, and as part of this, we work with reduced patient lists. Instead of 1600 patients per full-time working doctor, you will be responsible for 1250 patients if you work full-time without side assignments. If you have side assignments or work part-time, your area is reduced, which means we have a listing cap. Our district nurses also have area responsibility, which means you will work in close collaboration. We have stable professional groups at Zätagränd where innovation is mixed with experience, and teamwork is highly valued. Here you will find the competence required within each profession in the multimodal team that our rehabilitation coordinator leads.
What are you waiting for? Take the chance and send in your application. Warm welcome!
