The role of nursing assistant, nursing student semester 5

You will work under the supervision of a trained nurse and hold personal delegation for certain nursing tasks, such as preparation and administration of medications, sampling, handling of peripheral and central venous catheters, documentation in Cosmic and LINK. During the summer temporary position, you will gain insight and practice in several areas, which you will feel empowered in after completing your education.

In Värnamo, there are two care units within inpatient care with different focuses on surgical specialties. We work interdisciplinary with the aim of providing the highest quality of care to our patients. You will work closely with other professionals at the workplace.

We are looking for someone who has completed semester 5 of the nursing program for work as a nursing assistant.

We need summer substitutes from week 25 to week 32, and to make planning as good as possible, we would like you to be able to work continuously for at least four weeks. An introduction will take place in addition to these weeks during the spring at the clinic as well as a regional joint introduction.
