Ölmeskolan is part of the northern school area and is located about ten kilometers west of Kristinehamn with proximity to both forest and nature. Approximately 110 students attend from preschool class to grade 6, and in grade 7, students continue at Stenstalidskolan (F-9), which also belongs to the northern school area. Ölmeskolan has a large catchment area, making school transport a natural part of everyday life.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a student and class resource, you will work to support students during their schooling and leisure activities. You will be involved in the joint planning and carry out and evaluate the educational work together with the responsible educator and leisure manager, in accordance with the assignment. You will support and help students manage different situations, both in their personal development and in their knowledge development.

QUALIFICATIONS

If you find this position interesting and wish to apply, you must have a completed high school diploma.

We consider it highly meritorious if you have the following:

• education from the child and leisure program or leisure leader training
• knowledge of how various disabilities affect students' learning
• experience working in a school
• driver's license B.

In the role of student and class resource, you take responsibility for your tasks, adapt to changing circumstances, and have a good understanding of how students absorb knowledge and their different conditions. Collaboration is important, and you work well with colleagues, students, and guardians. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively.
