Description:

We are looking for two dedicated student assistants for a specialized primary school at Fryxellska school.

Responsibilities:

As a student assistant, you will work regularly to support and accompany a student with medical tasks during their school day, both in classroom situations and during breaks. You will also support the teachers in guiding the student in the long-term work of achieving the school's social and academic goals. You will collaborate with the student's teachers, mentor, principal, and student health services to plan the student's school day and adapt the teaching based on their needs. You will help create a secure foundation and good conditions for the student's development and learning. You enjoy playing, leading play, being meticulous with schedules, rules, and routines, and you appreciate movement and nature.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has education/competence that the employer deems equivalent. It is important that you have a professional attitude towards students, parents, and colleagues. To succeed in the job, good teamwork skills and an interest in building relationships are required. If you are also flexible in the face of everyday and long-term changes that are part of the job, we believe you may be suitable for assignments in our primary schools!

Conditions:

The positions are temporary positions, one until the end of the school year 2024/2025, and the other until April 2025. If you are offered employment in preschool/school or other educational activities, you must provide an approved extract from the police records. Interviews may be conducted continuously during the application period.
