ÅSS Processventilation is a company based in Kungälv. Here, we work closely together, help each other, and value a humble approach. We are now looking for an administrator who wants to become an important part of our team.

About the role

As an administrator with us, you will have a central role in the organization. You are often the first point of contact for the company and are responsible for ensuring that the administrative flow runs smoothly.

Your tasks will include:

• Managing the switchboard and incoming calls
• Overview of who is present and some coordination
• Simple order reception (e.g., filters, bags, and service orders)
• Completion and invoicing of service orders
• Contract service
• Ongoing administrative office tasks
• Simple purchases, such as office supplies
• 
  

The role is broad and varied, which suits you if you enjoy variety and working closely with the operations.

Who are you?

You are an easy-going, unpretentious, and self-driven person who enjoys responsibility and takes initiative. You find it easy to collaborate, are structured, and like to create order and flow in everyday life.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least a high school education
• Economic knowledge at the high school level and relevant experience
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills, for example in the Office suite
• Driver's license B

Meritorious:

• Experience with the Pyramid business system
• Knowledge in desktop publishing
• Post-secondary education
• Experience from companies in service and/or production
