Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who fits the following criteria:

• wants to work with a woman in her 30s living in Torslanda

• has good knowledge of Swedish

• is tolerant of pets

• is a good swimmer and can accompany to the swimming pool

• is experienced with horses and can accompany to the stable

• has good physical fitness

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience as a personal assistant or in healthcare

• share the client's interests such as swimming and horseback riding

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 58%. The job involves work during daytime and evening hours. The hours are scheduled for Mondays and Fridays with varying working hours, as well as Saturdays and Sundays.

More information about specific working hours will be discussed at the first interview!

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.
