Description

We are now looking for two social workers for our new visit group at the Unit for Investigation and Processing, Social Support and Welfare.

Both positions are temporary.

Responsibilities

The new visit group works to investigate the initial right to assistance for individuals applying for the first time or after being self-sufficient for a period. A strong focus is placed on ensuring that all support options are exhausted, which requires a good knowledge of the social insurance system. The responsibilities include receiving the client's application, assessing, and making decisions based on applicable legislation and delegation. We also work with screening to identify other support needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a qualified social worker or has another academic education that the employer deems equivalent. Experience in working with financial assistance or other authority work is an advantage but not a requirement. You should be structured and resilient under stress and have an easy time collaborating. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
