Together with your 1st colleague and unit manager, we ensure that the LSS operations work in accordance with the core mission, the political mission, and the applicable regulations, such as following the current delegation order.

Your assignment includes monitoring the external environment by staying updated on current legislation, case law, research, and methods within the field of operations. You will participate in the work of establishing and revising routines and guidelines, as well as actively working with competence development in the operations. In 2026, we will continue to work with IBIC, NUSO, and the goal of being the "Best Children's Municipality," in which you will have an important function as a 1st Officer.

In the role of 1st Officer, you will have contact and collaboration with other authorities, organizations, providers, and other relevant partners, both internally and externally, and we would like you to have experience in this.
