We are looking for a dedicated and qualified child and family caseworker for the social services in Laxå municipality.

As a child and family caseworker, you will play a central role in supporting and ensuring the welfare of children and families in our municipality.

You will work in a team with child and family caseworkers and be supervised by a senior social worker. We work closely together, share experiences, support each other in difficult situations, and celebrate successes together. Job Responsibilities

As a child and family caseworker in Laxå municipality, you will work with all parts of the social services. You will, among other things, investigate according to SoL and LVU, work with family law and foster care issues, and follow up on interventions. This makes the work both stimulating and varied. By working with all parts of the social services, you will have a broad and developing role where no day is the same as the other. The variation of the assignment gives you good opportunities to get to know the children, young people, and families you meet in depth, build trusting relationships, and create sustainable alliances. The close work with clients, along with the opportunity to follow cases over time, contributes to meaningful work where you can clearly see the effect of your commitment.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a degree in social work, experience working as a caseworker in the child and family area. We would like you to have experience with BBIC and the operational system Procapita. We also appreciate communication skills and the ability to establish trusting relationships with children, parents, and other partners.
