Do you want to work in service and help users with IT issues so that their everyday life runs smoothly without interruptions? We are now looking for a service desk employee for our client in Borås.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a service desk employee, you are an important part of our operations and the first contact for our users regarding IT-related questions. You receive, manage, and follow up on cases via phone, chat, and service portal. The role includes troubleshooting and resolving common IT problems as well as guiding and supporting users in their daily work.

You ensure that cases are driven forward to resolution, either independently or in collaboration with other support functions. With a service-oriented and professional approach, you contribute to minimizing interruptions and creating a smooth and positive user experience.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, solution-focused, and has a calm and pedagogical approach in contact with users. You have good communication skills and can explain technical issues clearly and understandably in both speech and writing.

You have good knowledge in:

  • Windows environment

  • Microsoft 365 / O365

  • Client management

  • Mobile IT

  • Access management

  • Case management systems

You have the ability to quickly analyze and solve common IT-related problems, such as those related to login, networks, clients, and business systems. As a person, you take initiative, seek root causes, and drive cases to completion, even when they require collaboration across team boundaries.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position as a service desk employee is a full-time consulting assignment lasting until the turn of the year 2026/2027. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment.
