We are now looking for a Tech Lead on behalf of our client. The client company works to help organizations develop further by offering management consultants, training, and comprehensive IT solutions. We are looking for a Tech Lead with leadership qualities who will work on further developing their IT platform.

As a Tech Lead, you will work with a modular IT product. You will focus on development that emphasizes technical transition and code improvement measures, the type of development that creates better conditions for other team members to further develop the product in an efficient and sustainable way. You will also provide support and guidance to the team in working with technical solutions, analyzing how changes should be implemented, and following up and reviewing them to ensure long-term quality.

An important part of your responsibility will be to produce technical specifications and requirements that clearly describe how different solutions should be implemented. You will also coach and lead employees in the technical execution and actively contribute to competence development within the team. In addition, you are expected to collaborate closely with product owners and other stakeholders to define roadmaps and strategic development plans that guide the team's work forward.

The product is a management system that helps companies manage strategy and goal tracking, project and portfolio management, as well as digitized processes and document management. The group works together in agile teams, and you have great freedom in the role to experiment with new technologies, evaluate, and implement architectural patterns from databases to interfaces. The product is built on C#, ASP.NET (https://ASP.NET), MS SQL Server, Angular, and JavaScript.

• Has a bachelor's or master's degree in IT, computer engineering, or equivalent
• Has at least 3 years of experience working with development in C# .NET
• Has experience working with technical transitions in .NET
• Has experience in web development
• Has experience working in teams with other developers
• Can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as these languages are used in daily work

It is a plus if you:

• Have experience working with JavaScript frameworks
• Have experience with SQL Server/Entity Framework
• Have experience working in product companies
• Have experience with ASP.NET (https://ASP.NET)
• Have experience with HTML/CSS
